I love kumihimo. I mostly use the Prumihimo disk nowadays which I love. I have the square disk but have hardly used it as I couldn't get on with it. I have also tried kumi with wire which was a disaster so would love to give it another go. Thanks for the chance to win this book which, having just watched your review of it, looks great. Good luck to everyone :-)

I only just started to learn basic kumihimo, so I can’t say Iilike the round better than the flat, but I’ve ordered a kumihimo plate set with a round, a square and a mini plate so I can learn the flat as well. But what I’ve learned so far I find relaxing.

I've been subscribed to her CSL designs channel for a long time and so enjoy seeing what she comes up with. She's so creative! I have done some kumihimo, but just with thread and yarn to make parts and embellishments for other projects. Would love to start working with wire too though. It looks so classy!

    Hi !

I love Kumihimo! My favorite way to use it is to use suede or leather. I then hand stitch or wire semi precious stones into my piece. It makes a very beautiful indigenous looking piece of jewelry. This book looks amazing.

Thanks for everything you do for your fans 😎

My favorite kumihimo is the square plated kumihimo weaving. Although my friends like both the square & round kumihimo projects I make for them. Kumihimo weaving with wire intrigues me.

Ms. Wiseman, I have been watching your videos on beading stitches for 10 yrs, so far. I'm at the end of my rope. It seems that I mess up on some stitches & simply can't get them correct; even though I watch the videos over & over. I also can't get far in my projects because when it's time to end & begin thread, it's like speaking an alien language. I really want to learn. I'll be 60 on Halloween. Believe me, a great present for me will be to learn how to do beadstitching! Is there any help or advice you can give me?
    Thanks bunches.

Have done kumihimo for about 10 years. This book on kumi wirework is intriguing and many of the projects are tempting me to try it. Luv your tutorials, Jill. Your explanations of the various stitches are clear and as to understand.

I have saved a great number of Kumihimo beading videos to do. Lately though I've been doing a lot of wire work after being "married" to all things beaded that Jill Weismann has YouTube tutorials on!! Especially the Parisian Nights bracelet as every time I give one as a gift at least one other person sees it and asks for one! I would LOVE to try this in Metal especially at the moment and then of course with beads!!! Thanks for all you do for us DIY'rs as I'm disabled and making jewelry saves me from loosing my mind. Thank you to Jill and all those that post videos for us that love to create!
